Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and available shipping method.

Production vs. Shipping

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping time starts after the completed order is transferred to the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier scans may take time to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Carrier Delays

JM0616STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier network issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Most JM0616STUDIO products are custom, personalized, printed, embroidered, engraved, or made to order.

Customer-submitted errors—including wrong sizes, spelling, dates, quantities, colors, artwork, or personalization—do not qualify for refunds, free reprints, replacements, exchanges, or store credit, except where required by applicable law.

Confirmed Production Error

If JM0616STUDIO makes a confirmed production error that differs from the customer’s submitted or approved order, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include a remake, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Orders may be printed, embroidered, engraved, or produced using the files and information exactly as submitted, subject to normal production requirements.

Customers are responsible for spelling, names, dates, image quality, resolution, dimensions, design placement, colors, orientation, quantities, backgrounds, and gang-sheet layout.

No Refund for Submitted Errors

If JM0616STUDIO produces the order according to the artwork and instructions supplied by the customer, the order is considered correctly fulfilled.

Estimated production times:

• DTF transfers: approximately 1–3 business days
• UV DTF transfers: approximately 1–3 business days
• Custom apparel: approximately 5–10 business days
• Embroidery: approximately 5–10 business days
• Engraving: approximately 3–10 business days
• Personalized gifts: approximately 3–10 business days

Bulk and complex custom orders may require additional time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Supplier shortages, equipment issues, high order volume, material availability, holidays, and other circumstances can extend turnaround time.

Cancellation requests may be made before production begins, but submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation.

Change of mind, missed event dates, wrong size, wrong quantity, incorrect artwork, incorrect personalization, or finding a lower price elsewhere do not create a refund right for a custom order once production begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers purchasing transfer-only products are responsible for correct application, equipment settings, surface compatibility, storage, pressing, peeling, installation, and aftercare.

Inspect Before Use

If a transfer appears damaged, incorrect, or defective before use, stop and contact JM0616STUDIO before pressing, peeling, installing, cutting, or altering it.

Embroidery uses thread and stitches, so some artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted for successful production. Very small lettering, fine lines, gradients, and photographic detail may not reproduce exactly like a digital image.

Digitizing/setup fees may apply and are generally non-refundable once digitizing begins.

Reasonable thread-color, placement, stitch, and garment variations are normal and are not automatically considered defects.

Customer-Supplied Garments

If JM0616STUDIO accepts a customer-supplied item, the customer accepts additional production risk. Rare, sentimental, irreplaceable, or high-value items should not be submitted unless that risk is accepted.

Personalized products may be produced using the names, dates, messages, photos, logos, and instructions exactly as submitted by the customer.

Natural and manufactured materials—including wood, bamboo, slate, glass, crystal, acrylic, metal, leather, and coated products—may vary in grain, shade, texture, engraving depth, color, and contrast.

Customers are responsible for submitting usable, high-quality photographs and artwork.

JM0616STUDIO may collect information needed to process orders and operate the website, including names, contact information, billing and shipping information, order details, customization information, artwork uploads, support messages, and basic website/device activity.

Information may be shared with payment processors, carriers, ecommerce providers, production partners, security providers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to fulfill orders and operate the business.

JM0616STUDIO does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Artwork & Photos

Customer-uploaded artwork, logos, photos, names, and personalization may be retained for a reasonable period for production, reorder support, customer service, recordkeeping, and dispute handling. Customers represent that they have the rights or permissions necessary to submit the materials they provide.

By using the JM0616STUDIO website or placing an order, customers agree to the applicable policies and order terms.

JM0616STUDIO may refuse, cancel, or limit orders when necessary because of fraud concerns, pricing errors, unavailable materials, production limitations, unlawful content, or incomplete information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, and other content they submit.

Prices, promotions, turnaround estimates, and product availability may change. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and applicable rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws.
