How Rush Service Works
Rush service moves an eligible order into a higher-priority production window. Availability is reviewed based on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, materials, and requested deadline.
Provide the product, quantity, artwork, and required date.
Rush service is not valid until JM0616STUDIO accepts it.
Once rush processing starts, the rush fee is generally non-refundable.
Important
- Rush service is subject to availability.
- A rush fee may apply.
- Artwork must be production-ready.
- Customer-requested changes can void the rush timeline.
- Shipping transit time is separate.
- A deadline is only guaranteed if JM0616STUDIO confirms it in writing.
Rush Service Is Not Automatic
Adding a note such as “rush,” “ASAP,” or an event date does not create a guaranteed rush order. Rush service must be specifically offered or accepted by JM0616STUDIO.
Artwork Must Be Ready
Rush timelines assume the customer has submitted complete, usable artwork and accurate order information. JM0616STUDIO is not required to correct spelling, improve resolution, remove backgrounds, resize designs, or contact the customer about artwork before production unless a separate artwork service has been agreed to.
Rush Fees
Rush fees compensate for priority scheduling and production changes. Once rush processing, preparation, material purchasing, digitizing, printing, embroidery, engraving, or other production work begins, rush fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Rush service generally applies to production only. It does not automatically include overnight, next-day, two-day, or other expedited carrier service. Expedited shipping, when available, must be selected or charged separately.
Free Shipping Threshold
Qualifying orders of $200 or more may receive free standard shipping under the JM0616STUDIO Shipping Policy. Rush or expedited shipping charges are separate and may not be covered by the free-shipping offer.
Requested Event Dates
Customers ordering for birthdays, weddings, school events, business events, trips, launches, holidays, or other deadlines should order early. A requested date is not guaranteed unless JM0616STUDIO expressly confirms the deadline in writing.
Customer Changes Can Extend the Timeline
Changes to artwork, quantities, colors, sizes, personalization, placement, or product selection after rush processing begins may delay production, require additional charges, or make the original rush deadline unavailable.
Supplier, Material, Equipment & Carrier Delays
Unexpected shortages, supplier interruptions, equipment failures, severe weather, power outages, transportation problems, or carrier delays can affect completion or delivery. JM0616STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to complete accepted rush orders, but events outside our reasonable control do not automatically create a right to a refund.
No Refund for Customer-Caused Delay
Rush fees and custom order charges are not refundable when a delay is caused by missing or incorrect customer information, unsuitable artwork, requested revisions, payment issues, address errors, or other customer-controlled circumstances.
Confirmed JM0616STUDIO Production Error
If JM0616STUDIO makes a confirmed production error that differs from the submitted or approved order, the issue will be reviewed and an appropriate remedy may include a remake, replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, subject to applicable law.
