Send production-ready artwork so your order can move through production correctly and without unnecessary delays. These guidelines apply to DTF, UV DTF, gang sheets, embroidery, engraving, stickers, personalized gifts, and other custom products.
Customers are responsible for confirming that every file, size, color, name, date, quantity, orientation, and design element is correct before checkout.
For raster artwork, submit 300 DPI at the final print size whenever possible. Enlarging a small low-resolution image does not restore missing detail.
Set your artwork to the size you actually want produced. Verify width, height, orientation, and quantity before submitting.
For artwork that should not have a rectangular background, upload a properly prepared transparent PNG or compatible vector file. We do not automatically remove backgrounds.
Check every name, date, phone number, phrase, initial, and personalized detail. Customer-submitted spelling or information errors are not refundable.
By uploading a logo, photo, graphic, trademark, or other content, you confirm that you have permission or legal authority to use it.
Keep your original production file. Do not rely on screenshots, social-media previews, messaging-app thumbnails, or copied web images as your production master.
Accepted formats can vary by product. The product page or custom quote controls if it lists a specific requirement.
| Use | Best File Type | What To Check |
|---|---|---|
| DTF / UV DTF | Transparent PNG, high-quality PDF, or approved vector file | Final size, transparency, resolution, no unwanted background |
| Gang Sheets | Production-ready PNG/PDF or builder layout | Sheet dimensions, spacing, quantities, no overlaps or missing designs |
| Embroidery | Clear vector or high-quality artwork for digitizing | Simple shapes, readable lettering, adequate line thickness |
| Engraving | Vector preferred; high-contrast black artwork often works best | Clean edges, readable detail, no unnecessary background |
| Photos / Gifts | Original high-resolution JPG/PNG | Sharp focus, good lighting, sufficient resolution, correct crop |
Color note: monitors, phones, inks, films, garments, coatings, and production systems display color differently. Exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching arrangement is confirmed in writing.
If you build or upload your own gang sheet, it is treated as production-ready. Before submitting, verify every design.
Confirm the exact width and length selected for the product.
Check each image's final print dimensions. We do not automatically resize individual designs.
Make sure designs do not overlap or extend outside the printable area.
Verify duplicates and quantities. Missing or duplicated artwork caused by your submitted layout is customer responsibility.
Check that backgrounds are removed where intended before submitting the final sheet.
Inspect enlarged artwork for pixelation. A large canvas does not make low-resolution source artwork high quality.
Embroidery is made with thread, not ink. Artwork may require digitizing and reasonable production adjustments. Very small text, thin lines, gradients, shadows, photographs, and extremely fine detail may need to be simplified or may not reproduce exactly.
Use clear, readable text. Tiny lettering may need to be enlarged or simplified.
Very thin lines and tiny isolated details may not stitch reliably.
Digitizing/setup fees may apply. Final stitch count can differ from an early estimate after the design is properly digitized.
Clean vector artwork is preferred. High-contrast designs with strong edges generally engrave more reliably than gradients or tiny detail.
Use the original photo whenever possible. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, dark photos, and images where the subject is already blurry.
Wood grain, coatings, glass, crystal, acrylic, leather, stone, and metal can produce natural variations in engraving appearance.
If JM0616STUDIO produces the order according to the file, dimensions, information, quantity, or personalization submitted by the customer, the order is considered correctly fulfilled. Customer-submitted artwork mistakes are not eligible for a refund, free reprint, replacement, exchange, or store credit, except where required by applicable law.
