Provide your logo, design, text, placement, sizes, quantities, and garment selections.
Your artwork may need to be converted into an embroidery stitch file before production.
Garments are hooped, stabilized, stitched, trimmed, and checked.
Completed orders are prepared for shipment. Shipping time is separate from production time.
If JM0616STUDIO agrees to embroider customer-supplied garments, the customer accepts additional risk. Hooping, needles, tension, seams, fabric construction, and machine operation can cause unexpected results.
Rare, sentimental, irreplaceable, or high-value items should not be submitted unless the customer accepts this risk.
Typical embroidery production is approximately 5–10 business days after the order is production-ready.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Large orders, complex digitizing, garment availability, and high stitch counts may require additional time.
