Not automatically. JM0616STUDIO may produce your order using the artwork and information exactly as submitted. Customers are responsible for spelling, dimensions, resolution, backgrounds, quantities, placement, and personalization details before checkout.
Custom and personalized orders are generally final once processing or production begins. Customer-submitted or customer-approved mistakes are not eligible for a refund, free reprint, replacement, exchange, or store credit, except where required by law.
You may request cancellation before production begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once materials are purchased, artwork preparation, digitizing, printing, embroidery, engraving, or other production work begins, the order is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Qualifying orders of $200 or more receive free standard shipping. Rush, expedited, oversized, or specially handled shipments may be excluded.
No. Production time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time starts after your completed order is handed to the carrier.
DTF and UV DTF are typically about 1β3 business days; custom apparel and embroidery about 5β10 business days; engraving and personalized gifts about 3β10 business days. Bulk and complex orders may take longer. These are estimates unless a deadline is confirmed in writing.
Customers are responsible for correct application, equipment settings, surface compatibility, storage, and aftercare. Damage caused by incorrect pressing, peeling, installation, washing, or incompatible materials is not considered a JM0616STUDIO production defect.
Not always. Thread has physical limitations, so very small text, gradients, thin lines, and fine details may need to be simplified or adjusted for clean stitching.
Not always. Final appearance depends on material, coating, grain, finish, and engraving process. Natural and reasonable material variations are not considered defects.
We will review the issue. Depending on the confirmed error, the appropriate remedy may include a remake, replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund, subject to applicable law.
